Accepted Methods of Payment
Here at Animal Critical Care and Emergency ServiceS, we understand the stress involved when your beloved family member is sick.
We work as quickly as possible to see you and your pet as promptly as possible.
When you bring your pet into the hospital, he or she will be immediately assessed by a higly trained emergency technician. He or she will assess your pet's condition, take their vital signs, and get a brief medical history from you.
One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet, and and come up with a personalized treatment plan. He or she will then create a detailed estimate, and one of our technicians will go over that estimate with you, and answer any questions you may have.
If your pet does not need to be hospitalized, the entire balance of the bill must be paid at the time of your visit.
If your pet DOES need hospitalization, we require a deposit of 75% before treatment can begin.
The remainder of your bill must be paid at the time your pet is discharged from the hospital.
We will do our best to work within your budget.
We understand that caring for your pet in an emergency situation can be financially difficult, and it is for that reason, we offer a variety of payment options:

- Payment plans through Care Credit. Low monthly minimum payments
