Our precious Jade passed on 12/27/2011. She is no longer at our
side but will always be in our hearts. She will be missed and
remembered, she was our special angel. We would like to Thank
the staff of Access for all the sincere comfort when we lost our girl.
You all make a difference. Thank You all for being there.
